Knee Rejuvenation

Age-related sagging, lines and discoloration on the knees can be a significant aesthetic concern for those who prefer shorter clothing. Modern medical-aesthetic protocols deliver visible rejuvenation and firming around the knee.

Why Do the Knees Age?

Knee skin is especially susceptible to elasticity loss because of constant stretching and movement. As subcutaneous fat thins with age, a "pouch-like" sagging appears above the kneecap. Knee skin also tends to dry — without regular moisturisation it thickens and darkens. Horizontal creases deepen under the combined effect of muscle movement and sagging.

Treatments We Apply

Skin-tightening mesotherapy: specific blends containing DMAE, collagen-precursor amino acids and peptides firm and tone the knee skin. After 3–4 sessions sagging visibly improves.

Biostimulator filler (CaHA): volume support and collagen stimulation above the knee. Both immediate plumping and long-term firming. Effect: 12–18 months.

Thread lift: in cases with pronounced sagging, PDO threads add mechanical lift, combined with mesotherapy.

Brightening protocols: for darkened tone and uneven pigmentation around the knee — brightening mesotherapy with glutathione, vitamin C and kojic acid; chemical peels can support.

Why Combination Matters

Best results come from combining methods. Skin quality and pigmentation are addressed first with mesotherapy; sagging is then targeted with a biostimulator or thread protocol. Typical schedule: 4–6 sessions at 3–4-week intervals.
