Elbow Rejuvenation

Darkened tone, dryness, thickening and creasing on the elbows are both an aesthetic and a skin-health concern. With targeted mesotherapy, brightening and skin-renewal protocols, significant improvement is achievable.

Why Elbow Skin Darkens

Elbow skin is anatomically specialised: thicker and with fewer sebaceous glands to withstand pressure and friction. This structure predisposes elbows to moisture loss and progressive hyperkeratosis (skin thickening). Friction against tables and surfaces increases melanin production, leading to chronic darkening. In some patients, systemic conditions such as hypothyroidism or diabetes can accelerate elbow darkening — blood work is recommended where indicated.

Treatments We Apply

Brightening mesotherapy: intradermal blends of glutathione, vitamin C, niacinamide and kojic acid regulate melanin production and progressively reduce pigmentation. A 4–6-session protocol yields visible lightening.

Intradermal hyaluronic acid hydration: skin-booster formulations create a moisture reservoir in deep layers, softening thickened, hardened skin. Best combined with mesotherapy.

Chemical peel: controlled TCA or mandelic-acid peels gently lift the thickened layer to reveal healthier underlying skin. Dose and concentration are carefully adjusted for elbow sensitivity.

Carboxytherapy: CO₂ application improves microcirculation, cellular nutrition and renewal speed. Supports brightening and revitalising protocols.

Home Care

Daily urea- or AHA-containing moisturisers and SPF preserve clinic-driven improvement and prevent new darkening.
