Décolletage Rejuvenation

Dr. Metin Demir  ·  6 min read

The décolletage is one of the most sun-damaged, hormonally-affected and routinely neglected areas of the body. With targeted protocols, meaningful improvement in texture, tone and elasticity is achievable.

Why Is the Décolletage So Vulnerable?

Décolletage skin shares features with neck skin: low sebaceous-gland density and a relatively weak collagen scaffold. It accumulates UV exposure over years without sunscreen. Side-sleeping creates deep vertical creases between the breasts. With menopausal oestrogen decline, the skin's hydration capacity and elasticity drop further.

Common Complaints

The main concerns are deep vertical wrinkles (especially side-sleeping creases), sun spots and uneven tone, marked dryness and thinning, and loss of elasticity. These typically coexist, so combined protocols are usually required.

Protocols We Apply

Skin boosters: high-molecular-weight HA boosters hydrate the décolletage from deep layers. After three sessions, clear plumping and radiance are visible.

Mesotherapy: vitamin, amino-acid and peptide mesococktails are placed intradermally. Antioxidant-rich protocols repair sun damage and accelerate cell renewal.

Brightening combinations: glutathione, vitamin C and kojic-acid formulations target uneven pigmentation; typically combined with mesotherapy to address both concerns in parallel.

Biostimulators: for more advanced elasticity loss, PLLA or CaHA-based biostimulators support long-term collagen and firming.

Treatment Course and Results

A standard décolletage programme is 3–4 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart. Radiance improves visibly even after the first session. Over the full course, texture, pigmentation and elasticity together improve by more than 60% in patient-reported outcomes. Daily sunscreen is non-negotiable to preserve results and prevent new damage.

Let's design a tailored décolletage protocol for you.
